How is payment processing handled?

Payment processing is securely managed by our third-party provider, Stripe.

How often are orders placed with your printer?

SquidInk Skate operates on a 'Print on Demand' basis, so orders are placed with our printer weekly. Except for pre-orders, which will be processed at the end of the pre-order period.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 15 business days for your order to be printed and shipped to you.

What delivery method do you use for orders?

All orders are posted via Australia Post regular services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

What is your refund policy?

We aim to provide top-quality products, but in case of printing or manufacturing errors, we're happy to assist. Follow these steps:

  • Check the 'What can be Returned' list to determine eligibility.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

  • Damaged/faulty garments or prints can be returned/exchanged.

  • Items must be in original packaging with no noticeable signs of wear or makeup stains.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What items are eligible for returns?

Returns are accepted for:

  • Damaged/faulty garments or prints within 14 days of receipt.

What items are not eligible for returns?

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Shipping or stock delays.

  • Incorrect product selection (size, style, colour) – please consult our sizing charts and check your order before confirming and paying.

  • Variances in garment size of +/- 2.5cm (supplier allowance).
